素食養生食譜(1)

腐皮大白菜粥養胃

脾為陰土,喜燥惡濕,濕為陰邪,易阻氣機,損傷陽氣,濕性重濁,其性類水。濕邪侵入人體,留滯臟腑經絡,易阻氣機,從而使氣機升降失常,經絡阻滯不暢,出現胃頂頂,中醫稱為脘痞、胃痞。

此時不要食油膩食物,高纖維食材亦要放棄,建議進食細膩粥品養胃,恢復脾胃功能。

腐皮大白菜養胃粥

腐皮50克、大白菜200克、米一碗、水四碗、薯仔2個

薯仔去皮切細粒、大白菜切絲。
全部材料加水煮40分鐘
